A referral from a physician is not required and new clients are always welcome. Please email colleen.obrien.psych@gmail.com or use the contact form to reach out for more information.
Services are covered by many extended insurance plans. Check with your provider around coverage and limits. Sliding scale rates available for ODSP recipients | those without insurance.

Cancellation Policy
In order to respect the valuable time lost due to missed or late cancellations, a fee will charged. 24 hours notice is required for one hour therapy or consultation appointments.
48 hours notice is required for assessment or multi hour consultation services (i.e. workshops, wellness).
- Full rate will apply to a no show or forgotten appointment
- Full hourly rate applies to cancellations with improper notice
